2nd Chance Independent Living provides dignified, supportive transitional housing for adults ready to rebuild their lives on their own terms.
Learn About Our MissionOur Mission
2nd Chance Independent Living exists to bridge the gap between hardship and wholeness. We provide clean, stable housing in a structured environment that empowers adults to regain their footing — emotionally, financially, and socially — without judgment and without barriers.
We believe every person carries the capacity for a fresh beginning. Our role is to create the conditions where that beginning is possible.
"Each life transformed ripples outward into families, neighborhoods, and the whole community."— 2nd Chance Independent Living
Our program serves independent adults in a private-pay, month-to-month model — giving residents the flexibility and dignity to move at the pace that's right for them.
What We Offer
Affordable, fully furnished private and semi-private rooms with everything you need to feel at home from day one.
All utilities — electric, water, and gas — plus high-speed Wi-Fi are covered in your monthly rent.
Access to a shared kitchen, living room, and common spaces that foster a peaceful, community-focused environment.
Security cameras in all common areas provide a safe, drug-free atmosphere where residents can focus on moving forward.
Every new resident receives a hygiene welcome package on move-in day — because a fresh start deserves a warm welcome.
No long-term commitment required. Our flexible month-to-month lease gives residents the freedom to move at their own pace.
What's Included
